For a given technique (requires amount of land),
For a given price of land,
     There is an optimal intensity (plot ratio)
The price of the location and pattern of land use 
With the rise of the price of location
     Rise the intesity (density) of land use
     Rise the price of production of commodity produced at L
Individual optimum vs collective interest
Individual optima may result in ambiental decay
     as in town centres
     need building and land use regulations
